Reports DMdelivery offers a large number of reports by default: clicks, opens, bounces, email clients and conversion, to name a few. You can use these reports to segment your recipients and optimize your campaigns. Graphic display The statistics are not displayed as static, dry figures. Bar charts and funnel charts provide you with instant insight in the results. A heatmap overlay shows you exactly how many times, and where recipients clicked in an email. And with the live clicks option, opens and clicks are shown on a world map as they occur. |

With Dimmi, you can analyze the behavior of recipients over several campaigns, revealing trends that would otherwise remain undiscovered. Long-term insight With Dimmi you gain insight in behavior on a recipient's level over a longer period of time. These insights are translated into useable profiles. With the RFM-segmentation (Recency, Frequency, Monetary value) for example, you can see when, how many times and how much conversion a recipient generates. You can assign profiles based on this segmentation. These profiles can be imported into DMdelivery to further segment your recipients database. |
